THE LODGE:Nebraska Hunting. The lodge and outbuildings are located on a 3 acre home site on the property. The lodge is a converted farm house originally built in 1918 with an addition added in 1992. The lodge was extensively remodeled from 2004 to 2006. The lodge is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-story structure with a basement. Total square footage is approximately 4200 square feet. There is an 860 square foot attached garage. There are two outbuildings on the property. The “shop” is a 1400 square foot metal building that is totally finished, including butchering and meat processing facilities and a ¾ bath. The “shed” is a 400 square foot unfinished metal building.
