THE HUNTING PROPERTY:

The property is 195 acres of prime hunting ground located on the Cedar River.  The Cedar River runs through or adjacent to all of the property.  There is approximately a mile of river frontage on the property.  The property is totally committed to wildlife habitat other than a 14 acre irrigated food plot and the 3 acre lodge site.  The land is prolific with wild pheasants and whitetail deer.  Ducks, geese, turkey, and quail are also hunted on the property.
